The Journey

Every journey begins with a decision to embark on it. In this journey of life, what decisions have you made? What path have you chosen to follow, why did you choose it?


For every man created, a unique identity is created and so is his function according to the eternal perspective of his Creator. Men were created to function as they were purposed by their Creator.


A man who lives outside his God-given provision upsets balance in the earth's ecosystem, so is every creature that leaves its place of function. Man cannot decide for himself what he was made for except he finds out from the One who created him.


It pains my heart a lot of times when I sit to ponder on how man has forgotten his path and followed his own ways. The holy scriptures affirm that a man's ways are wise in his own eyes but the best way to follow is to acknowledge the One who factored him into existence because only Him is capable of directing his path. It also says to trust Him with all of one's heart.


The first question we must ask ourselves in this rapidly evolving world, is that after all these, where does it end? Life here on earth is but a grain of sand compared to the sands on the seashore of eternity. The opportunity we were given to occupy the earth at this time was to prove ourselves worthy of the world to come.


Know this fellow human, that we have an adversary who is bent on swaying us from our paths. He is in control of this world-system; he wages war against the mind of men and make them forget where they ought to keep their focus and channel their energy. He hasten the thoughts of men to devise evil.


The only way we will stay immune to his fiery darts is to walk in accordance with heavenly plan in faith. Find out what God wants you to do here and do it with a heart of love; a man of love will always be right because he is first right in motive. God weighs the heart. Do not allow worldly elements deprive you of heavenly gain.


No matter the passion, no matter the success, no matter the accolades, if they are not rooted in love, they would not count before our Father in heaven.


Seek things that are of eternal value in all you do, and in all you do, make God proud.


Do not leave a vacuum; as you work your job, work your work. God bless you.
